When will I receive my package?

We deliver worldwide. Usually orders take 2-3 days to process before its shipped. View our shipping policy for more info. 

How do I make a return?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, unworn and with the original packaging. To request a return, please email to returns@brandyshine.com. Our staff will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Do you have a physical store?

We focus our efforts in providing premium quality products at the best possible price. In order to do so we operate solely online while we work with different manufacturers around the world.  

How to cancel or change my existing order?

If a need arises to change or cancel your existing order please contact us within 12 hours, as once our outlet has processed your order, it wont be possible to make any changes.

If you decide to cancel 12 hours after placing your order then we will charge a 15% cancellation fee on the cost we shall incur if it is not for an item on hand.

I can’t find any order confirmation. What should I do?

A confirmation email will be sent to you right after you place the order. Do ensure you have entered the correct email address while placing the order and do check the spam box as well. If you cant find any confirmation please feel free to contact us.

 

How do I ensure the payment is secure?

All transaction information and your credit card details are encrypted, nothing can be used or modified by third parties. Our customers privacy is of utmost importance. Read our privacy policy.

 

How do I apply for a return and are there any charges involved?

To request a return, please email returns@brandyshine.com. Our staff will get back to you within 1-2 working days. Returns are allowed within 21 days of order date and 7 days within confirmed delivery. However, return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Duties and taxes are non-refundable, and are the responsibility of the purchaser

   

How long does it take to process a return?

It takes around 7 business days to process on our end, and credit card refund takes up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

How will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
